Sports field set-up and maintenance
At Proground we have extensive experience in the care of sports grounds and can maintain your playing field to the high standards that you and your players expect. We also offer a full grounds preperation and levelling service including grass seeding. Quality turf supplied and laid to a high professional standard and full after care advice on request.
Sports pitch line set out and marking
Proground can work with you to create a programme of line marking, ensuring that your pitch markings are maintained throughout the playing season. Car Park road markings
A way of maximising space is to clearly mark parking bays to help efficient parking. Proground offer a full line marking service for car parks of all sizes. We can renew existing lines, create new work and remove redundant markings.
Pest control
Rats and Mice are a common pest, and can cause extensive damage as a result of their gnawing activities, and by eating and contaminating food. They may carry a number of diseases that can pose a risk to pupils and staff. Our Technicians carry British Pest Control Association / Royal Society For Public Health Level 2 or above in Pest Management.
Playing field care
Proground offer a full range of playing field care services from feeding to mowing, and seeding to weeding. We can lay new lawns and help plan and prepare your grounds for turf laying. We can provide a complete cultivation of existing sward, amelioration of soil with sand, laser levelling and seeding with our new pitch mixture of cultivars.
Weed control
We will be happy to discuss weed control options with you to make sure you are comfortable with the solutions we implement. All our staff adhere to strict health and safety guidelines when applying weed killer and pesticides. In addition to a regular weeding programme, we will advise on weed prevention.
Grass cutting
Our grass cutting service is carried out by knowledgable and experienced gardeners. We won’t leave unsightly tyre marks in your grass from poorly driven mechanised cutters, and we will make sure that all lawn edges and borders are given as much attention as the turf. We will endeavour to minimise disruption to your staff and pupils.
